Kraft and Heinz Agree to Mega-Merger

The merger of H.J. Heinz and Kraft Foods Group, which will combine the Kraft, Heinz, Oscar Mayer, Planters and Maxwell House Coffee brands, will create the third-largest food and beverage company in North America.
