Kilmar Abrego Garcia's lawyer blasts rearrest and threat of deportation to Uganda

An attorney for wrongly deported Kilmar Abrego Garcia blasted government officials for rearresting Garcia on Monday in Baltimore and for their intention to deport him to Uganda.
