These volunteers rescue stray dogs in Ukraine and find homes for them in the US

The nonprofit Transform A Street Dog began its Kyiv-based rescue operations in 2018 and hasn't slowed down since, despite regularly facing danger after Russia's 2022 invasion of Ukraine.
