Murder suspect Kaitlin Armstrong caught on tape trying to escape custody

The 35-year-old, who is accused of murdering pro-cyclist Anna Moriah Wilson last year, was seen trying to jump over a fence to get away from deputies after leaving a medical appointment in Texas.
