Naomi Campbell designs collection with PrettyLittleThing, promotes young designers
Supermodel Naomi Campbell has designed an iconic collection for PrettyLittleThing.
In August, PrettyLittleThing announced its collaboration with Campbell and emerging fashion designers Victor Anate of VICNATE and Edvin Thompson of Theophilio.
"This collaboration is an extension of my commitment to create and promote opportunities for young, emerging designers," Campbell stated in a press release.
"Within my collection, it was important to recognize and include some of the amazing talent that's out there," she continued. "I'm very intentional about using my platform to create opportunities for the next generation of creatives from around the world."
The collection debuts on Sept. 5 with a runway show in New York City. It includes dresses, outerwear, pants, skirts and more with dramatic and glamourous details like sequins and plunging necklines.
Campbell has had a busy year so far. Earlier this year, the model welcomed her second child, and in August, she appeared on the cover of Vogue's famed September issue, reuniting with fellow supermodels Cindy Crawford, Linda Evangelista and Christy Turlington.
