We're rounding up brands to shop this month with products and initiatives that aim to celebrate and better our planet.

Girlfriend Collective
"We're like the earth's number one fan, so being eco-friendly is at the top of our priorities," Girlfriend's website reads. The brand says that its packaging is 100% recycled and recyclable and its "clothes are made from recycled materials like post-consumer water bottles, fishing nets retrieved from the seas, fabric scraps, and other waste."
In celebration of Earth Month, Girlfriend Collective launched a new, limited edition colorway: Atlas.
The new launch is also recyclable through the brand's ReGirlfriend program, which collects old Girlfriend styles and upcycles them into new pieces, according to the website.
From April 22 to 23, Girlfriend will donate 20% of the proceeds from the Atlas collection to Woodwell Climate Research Center.

If you're looking for a clean, sustainable and plastic-free fragrance brand for Earth Month, look no further than By/rosie jane.
The brand's scents include Dulce and Leila Lou, the latter of which features notes of pear, jasmine and freshly cut grass.
Credo
In 2021, Credo, a beauty store that carries exclusively clean beauty brands, co-founded Pact, "a nonprofit organization out to change the way that beauty packaging is designed and disposed of," the brand's website reads.
Its mission is to "bring the beauty industry together to work toward circularity, and in the meantime, to provide a solution for hard-to-recycle beauty packaging."
Credo also did away with all single-use beauty (like sheet masks and makeup-removing wipes) as part of its Sustainable Packaging Guidelines.
EcoTools
"EcoTools strives to make all their products 100% cruelty-free and vegan while also being PETA certified and never having its products tested on animals, including makeup brushes and sponges," according to the brand's website.
Set yourself up for makeup success with this Core Five Makeup Set, featuring a shadow brush, powder brush, blender, cheek brush and brow brush.
Reformation
Sustainable clothing company Reformation launched a limited edition collection of graphic tees to celebrate Earth Month.
Reformation will be "donating 50% of the proceeds from every tee sold in 'Nude' or 'Earth Lover' to Accelerating Circularity, a nonprofit that catalyzes circular supply chains and business models by turning unusable textiles into usable raw materials," according to Reformation's website.
August
August created carbon-neutral and leak-proof tampons, pads and liners that are sustainably made with 100% organic cotton.
"Our core ingredient, organic cotton produces fewer greenhouse gas emissions, and supports healthy soil and nearby waterways," August's website explains.
"Beyond the products, we also invest in carbon offsets to fund renewable energy programs like Grid Solutions and the Surfrider Foundation."

Everlane
Shop sustainable clothing, shoes and accessories this month (and every month) at Everlane. "At Everlane, we are working to do our part by building an ethical supply chain that creates high-quality, low-impact, long-lasting products. We carefully consider our materials and work with our production partners to reduce waste, chemicals, and plastics that endanger our planet’s people and ecosystems," its website reads.
In celebration of Earth Month, shop Everlane's Earth Month Collection:The Limited-Edition ReTrack Collection, featuring "maximal designs [and] minimal environmental impact."
bareMinerals
This month, bareMinerals celebrates our planet with the Eco-Beautiful Collection, featuring packaging illustrated by Aya Mobaydeen. Plus, the brand uses "eco-friendly, sustainable packaging: fully recyclable, plastic-free [with] no mirror or magnets," according to Ulta's website.
Maison Miru
Shop sustainable jewelry pieces this month, like those from Maison Miru. Its stainless steel collection, for example, is "made out of high quality recycled metals for sustainability," the brand's website explains.
Andie
Andie is committed to a more sustainable future for swimwear.
"All Andie products ship in polybags made from recycled plastics. Our recycled mailers also come with a double adhesive to encourage reuse. Not to mention, our suits' woven tags are made from 100% recycled polyester, while our hang tags are made from FSC recycled paper stock," the brand's website reads. "We also refrain from sending unnecessary paper inserts in our shipments and plan on moving to a practical, environmentally-friendly digital post-purchase experience."
Vegamour
"Vegamour uses the world's finest, hand-curated, natural ingredients to ensure quality and efficacy. We know because we cared enough to set up our own sustainable supply chains to bring beautiful, natural ingredients into everything we formulate," the company's website explains. "In return, we take care of the land and the people who help us bring this true love to you and your hair."
Vegamour's hair care is made with clean, 100% vegan ingredients.
Jones Road
Clean beauty brand Jones Road has an assortment makeup to try this month. Shop its lip, eye, face and cheek products.
"We follow guidelines even more stringent than those of the E.U. to eliminate over 2,700 potentially harmful ingredients from our formulas. Because clean beauty is a no-brainer," the brand's website reads.
Everviolet
Everviolet offers lingerie and loungewear, including bras, panties and more. To avoid adding to landfills, Everviolet "[purchases] only the fabric quantities [they] need to ensure there is as little waste as possible," its website explains.
"All of our fabrics are sourced from ethical, eco-friendly mills in the United States, Canada and abroad. Our jersey is made from natural and sustainable fibers to ensure that the fabric closest to your skin is soothing, breathable and luxe."
Ruggable
Ruggable's Re-Jute Rugs "are designed to mimic the look of natural jute rugs, but are washable, stain-resistant, and shed-resistant," the brand's website reads. "Each rug is made with up to 180 recycled plastic water bottles. Plus, you’ll never throw away another jute rug again!
