Texas man describes witnessing Laura Day leaving beach after fatal drowning incident

Rene Ruiz contacted the Corpus Christi Police Department about the Taylor Syring drowning case. Ruiz later testified that he saw Day smiling as she drove her unconscious stepson away from the beach.
