Mother of teen killed from amusement park ride fall says death was ‘preventable’

The family of Tyre Sampson, 14, who died after falling from a ride at ICON Park in Orlando in March, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the amusement park, the ride operator and manufacturer.
