Your playlist for today's solar eclipse features Bonnie Tyler, Pink Floyd and Elvis Presley
— -- If you're one of the estimated 300 million people in the United States who may see the total solar eclipse, then you're in for a real heavenly treat today.
For the first time in decades, a total solar eclipse will be visible around the country as the moon moves between the sun and Earth.
Although a partial solar eclipse will be visible from every state today, some will give the best view of a total solar eclipse: Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
If you live in any of those states or are traveling to one of them for the event, then you'll need some tunes to set the mood. Spotify's trends expert, Shanon Cook, created a fun playlist to listen to while gazing.
Of course Bonnie Tyler's "Total Eclipse of the Heart" made the list.
"The 1983 hit has become the unofficial anthem of solar eclipses; during the eclipse of March 2016 we saw a 75% increase in streams on Spotify," Cook told ABC News in a statement.
"While the playlist features current artists and songs like French Montana's 'Unforgettable' and Camila Cobello's 'OMG,' it seems right to include ample throwback jams dating back to the 70s when the last total solar eclipse occurred in the U.S.," she continued. "Donna Summers, Pink Floyd, INXS, Soundgarden and Bruce Springsteen all supply worthy songs for the occasion."
Here's a 20-song playlist to get you in the groove:
