'Scrubs': Where Are They Now?
Dec. 18, 2012— -- intro: It was a "Scrubs" reunion this past weekend as Donald Faison tied the knot with longtime girlfriend Cacee Cobb at the home of his former co-star Zach Braff.
After six years together, Faison, 38, and Cobb, 35, Jessica Simpson's friend and former personal assistant, were married Saturday night at Braff's Los Angeles home.
Simpson was a bridesmaid, while sister Ashlee Simpson was among the guests.
In addition to providing the venue, Braff was groomsman. Fellow groomsman and singer Joshua Radin tweeted a photo of the groom and his groomsmen, writing "What a happy day."
Faison currently stars on TV Land's "The Exes," but it's his role as Dr. Chris Turk in the comedy-drama "Scrubs" that he's best known for.
"Scrubs," which aired on NBC for eight seasons from 2001 to 2009 before moving to ABC for its final season, was about the lives of the medical interns, doctors and other employees at fictional Sacred Heart Hospital as seen through the eyes of Braff's J.D. Dorian. Breaking with traditional sitcom formulas, the show featured the daydreams of Braff's character, who also narrated the show.
It also made stars of its cast members. Click through to see what Braff, Faison and the rest of the cast have been up to since the show wrapped in 2010.
