Sneak peek of Martha Stewart's menu at her new Las Vegas restaurant The Bedford
Martha Stewart's highly anticipated first restaurant is officially open and the global lifestyle icon arrived over the weekend to unveil her new Las Vegas venture in vibrant, feather-trimmed fashion, namesake martini in hand.
Stewart shined at The Bedford, located inside Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. "Good Morning America" got a glimpse inside the gleaming new establishment and a peek at the bites and beverages that guests can expect to see on the menu.
The 194-seat dining destination boasts a French-inspired menu with a combination of Stewart's favorite recipes using locally sourced ingredients that bring an elegant farmhouse charm to the Strip in an intimate setting.
"We have worked tirelessly to bring my farmhouse in Bedford, New York, to life in Las Vegas, and I think visitors will be enchanted by what we have come up with," Stewart said in a statement. "These are the same dishes that I serve to family and friends in my own home."
Here's a look at what's on the menu.
Cocktails
Stewart and her team shook up some signature cocktails, including the "Martha-tini," which is made with Żubrówka Bison Grass Vodka, dry vermouth and a lemon twist.
There's also a frozen pomegranate Martha-rita, created with Casa Dragones Blanco Tequila, Cointreau, pomegranate juice, and a salt and sugar rim.
Martha's Chard, her eponymous California chardonnay from 19 Crimes vineyards, is also a feature beverage item.
Starters
The first portion of the menu includes everything from steak tartare to ricotta-stuffed zucchini blossoms.
The classic Niçoise salad is made with olive oil-packed tuna, haricot verts, vermouth-dressed potatoes, hard-cooked egg and anchovy vinaigrette.
The Oysters Rockefeller are baked with Pernod cream, spinach and watercress that's finished with a crunchy parsley breadcrumb topping.
Other appetizers include buckwheat crepes presented tableside with Golden Osetra caviar, jumbo shrimp cocktail, crab cakes and house-made breads.
Pasta and dumplings
Martha's fresh pasta menu includes potato and brown butter pierogis; lemon risotto with caramelized fennel and butter-seared sea scallops; short rib ragu over trecce pasta; bucatini with lemon, capers, anchovies and toasted sourdough breadcrumbs and salted bottarga shaved tableside.
Main Courses
Guests can enjoy tableside presentations, which the team said "elevates the meal to an interactive culinary journey," with dishes like a whole roast herb chicken carved in front of diners and smashed baked potato topped with crème fraiche, chives and bacon lardons -- or an even more indulgent option of Golden Osetra caviar.
Other entrees include bone-in ribeye; salmon en crout with vegetables and lemon beurre blanc sauce; halibut and corn chowder with clams and tomato confit; and the "Martha's Square Burger" with tomato jam, caramelized onions, homemade mustard and crispy matchstick fries.
Desserts
The Upside-Down Lemon Meringue Pie, which consists of a crisp meringue crust, tart lemon filling and a whipped cream topping, is one of Stewart's signature desserts.
The Bedford by Martha Stewart at Paris Las Vegas is now open for dinner from 5 to 10:30 p.m. daily.
