Salmon with Asparagus and Fried Cauliflower Rice
Ingredients
12 ounces of wild caught salmon
9 large asparagus
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon each salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin
1 tablespoon spicy honey
1 whole cauliflower
2 cups chopped sweet bell peppers
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/3 cup chili oil
1/3 cup sesame oil
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
In an oven-safe pan, add your salmon and asparagus.
Add olive oil to the salmon and asparagus, then add spices to the salmon fillet and flip it over skin side up. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes.
To make the cauliflower fried rice, finely chop the cauliflower and add all your ingredients in a large pan.
Cook over medium/high heat until veggies are cooked to taste!.
Serve with your salmon and asparagus and enjoy.
