Cabot's Ice Cream and Restaurant is known for their premium homemade ice cream creations and generous portions.
The family owned and operated old-fashioned ice cream parlor in Newton, Massachusetts shared a recipe with "Good Morning America" to replicate a classic confection at home.
Cabot's Classic Strawberry Milkshake
Ingredients
4 heaping scoops premium Strawberry ice cream ice cream (10-12 oz)
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons (or so) strawberry syrup
Directions
Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pro tips: The most important ingredient is a good, super premium ice cream and when scooping it don't be skimpy. A little strawberry syrup and milk is all you need. If you’re making it a frappe, be sure not to over whip it or it will get airy.
