Celebrate 'Game of Thrones' and Easter with these 2-pound chocolate dragon eggs
Easter is coming -- and so is the final season of "Game of Thrones," and what better way to celebrate than with massive, chocolate, dragon eggs?
The 2.2-pound, 7-inch eggs will be available to customers in parts of the U.K. through the food delivery service Deliveroo starting April 14 (when the new season of "GoT" premiers) up until April 21 (Easter Sunday).
These ridiculously realistic dragon eggs are a must-have for any diehard "Thrones" watch parties.
The eggs are made out of fair trade white chocolate and feature detailed, hand-crafted designs.
"We see huge spikes of orders around season premieres and finales and we thought what better way to celebrate hardcore fans than with these amazing scaley creations," Joe Groves of Deliveroo said in a statement.
If you are stuck in the U.S. and can't get your hands on any of the dragon eggs, Oreo has released some special edition #ForTheThrone cookies ahead of the new season.
Instagram food account CandyHunting, which shared the news of the "Game of Thrones" Oreos, wrote, "No, these are just normal Oreos in a redesigned package. No, these are not exclusive to a particular store."
Plus, because we expect a lot of drama in the new season, it might be a good idea to stock up on some beers. Brewery Ommegang released a line of "Game of Thrones"-inspired brews.
Their latest batch, "For the Throne," is a "tribute to those who aspire to be the final occupant of the Iron Throne," the company wrote in an Instagram post.
