Sia reveals she adopted pair of 18-year-old sons into her family last year
Sia is now a mom -- via an untraditional path to motherhood.
The "Chandelier" singer revealed she adopted two teenage boys last year during an interview with SiriusXM's "The Morning Mash Up" on Tuesday after hinting at doing so to GQ earlier this year.
"I actually adopted two sons last year," the 44-year-old told the hosts. "They were both 18 -- they're both 19 years old now. They were aging out of the foster care system. Yeah, and I love them."
The pop star also opened up about how her new family members are doing amid the lockdown due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic.
"They are both finding it pretty difficult, one more so than the other," she said. "But they're both doing things that are really good for them right now that are really helpful. They're really doing a lot of educational stuff that's good for them."
