Selena Gomez's 2nd Spanish-language track, 'Baila Conmigo,' out Friday
After releasing her first Spanish-language song, “De Una Vez,” earlier this month, Selena Gomez is ready to give her fans more new music.
Her second Spanish-language track, “Baila Conmigo,” which she teased at the end of the “De Una Vez” video, will be out on Friday.
The title in English means "Dance with Me."
The song features Rauw Alejandro and Tainy, and is available to pre-save now.
On Monday, the singer posted a glamorous photo of herself flanked by oranges, with the caption "Próximamente," which means "soon" in Spanish, seemingly teasing that new Spanish music was coming.
Upon releasing her first Spanish-language track, "De Una Vez," earlier this month, she spoke about the song's meaning to her.
"I am incredibly proud of my Latin background," she said in a statement. "It felt empowering to sing in Spanish again and ‘De Una Vez’ is such a beautiful love anthem."
She also spoke to Apple Music's Zane Lowe about honoring her heritage with her music and said she prefers singing in Spanish.
"I actually think I sing better in Spanish," she shared. "I think Spanish came very naturally to me. ... Being able to say, and speak, and roll my Rs, and do all of that, that's already in me, thank goodness."
