Both Mark Consuelos and Kelly Ripa Have Injured Legs

"Can't make this sh#! Up. Small calf tear," Consuelos wrote on Instagram, right next to a picture of him and Ripa.

The "Alpha House" actor's rep added that he hurt himself working out.

The "Live with Kelly & Michael" host, 44, added on Instagram "ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW???????????"

Why so excited? Well, Ripa just revealed last week how she broke her foot.

Ripa said she was in a dance class, when she did a jump and landed on a weight someone left on the floor.
