Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcome second baby boy: 'He's perfect'
West, party of six, please.
The Kardashian West clan has just grown by one. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcomed a baby boy via a surrogate on Friday, they announced on Twitter.
"He’s here and he’s perfect!" Kardashian West wrote Friday.
She added that, "He’s also Chicago’s twin lol I’m sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her."
After months of speculation, Kardashian West confirmed the reports in January that the famed duo were expecting another baby. Her and Kanye West are already parents to daughters North and Chicago, son Saint and now, a new baby boy.
A surrogate carried and gave birth to Chicago, as well.
While speaking with her sister, Kourtney Kardashian, and Andy Cohen on his show, the reality star, businesswoman and now-law student blurted out, "It’s a boy."
"What!" Kourtney Kardashian shouted in response to her telling the world.
"Well, it's out there," Kardashian West added about the gender reveal. "I got drunk at our Christmas Eve party and I told some people. And I can’t remember who I told because I never get drunk."
Aside from her famous family, Kardashian West has made headlines in the past month after revealing she is enrolled in a four-year apprenticeship with plans to take the bar exam in 2022.
In a lengthy interview with Vogue, she said getting President Trump to grant clemency to Alice Marie Johnson, a 63-year-old grandmother, was what spurned her to look deeper at a career in law.
"I just felt like I wanted to be able to fight for people who have paid their dues to society. I just felt like the system could be so different, and I wanted to fight to fix it, and if I knew more, I could do more," she said.
