Kevin Hart Kicked Off 'Ride Along 2' Set While Olivia Munn Was Doing Her Scenes
— -- Olivia Munn didn’t think she’d have time to fit “Ride Along 2” into her busy schedule, but Jon Stewart, Munn's mentor, insisted she must.
“I got the offer for ‘Ride Along 2’ at the same time I was finishing the last season of 'The Newsroom' and it just didn’t work in my schedule. It didn’t look like it would work out and then I was backstage at an award show and I met Kevin [Hart] and we just instantly were like brother and sister,” Munn said on “Good Morning America” today. “We started laughing and joking and coincidentally that morning I had called Jon Stewart because I was on ‘The Daily Show’ for a while, he’s like a mentor and a big brother to me. So I called him and said, ‘I got this offer for this movie and I’m not sure,’ and he said, ‘Kevin Hart is an amazing human being and you have to do whatever you can to hang around with him in that movie because it’s going to be the best experience of your life.’”

That advice sealed the deal for Munn, who is so happy she, Hart and Ice Cube got to work together. "There’s literally not a time in my life where I think I’ve laughed more than working with them,” she said.
Hart was apparently so funny that Ice Cube had to take drastic measures for Munn so she could complete her scenes.
“This is how you get through it,” the actress, 35, said. “Ice Cube makes Kevin leave the set when I’m on set because he would mess with me and make me laugh so much that he literally has to leave set.”
“Ride Along 2” hits theaters today.
