Justin Timberlake fights son Silas with lightsabers during family trip to Disney World
Justin Timberlake was able to share his love of "Star Wars" with his 6-year-old son Silas on a recent trip to Disney World.
The "Can't Stop the Feeling" singer took to Instagram on Saturday to share some images and video from his family vacation to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Timberlake, 40, was particularly stoked to check out "Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge" because it allowed him and Silas to embrace their inner Jedi.
"I don’t know who was freaking out more... me or my six year old," the 10-time Grammy winner gushed in the caption. "This was the coolest. Big thank you to @waltdisneyworld for an amazing trip."
The slideshow starts includes a video of Timberlake and his son testing out their custom built lightsabers, with the former NSYNC singer choosing green while Silas opted for a blue one. The video shows Silas activating his weapon before he gives his dad a fist bump.
Another adorable image shows the father-son duo, who are wearing face masks, tapping their lightsabers together at the Droid Depot. In follow-up Instagram stories posted Saturday, Timberlake joked that Silas is a far more competent craftsman than he is by sharing a snap of them mid-build and captioning it, "When your six year old assembles his light saber [sic] twice as fast as you."
Several famous faces left comments on the "Palmer" star's post documenting their trip, including "The Other Side" collaborator SZA, who joked "I know that Aries baby of urs was LIVING AHAha. Lil rocket ship."
Star quarterback Tom Brady also commended Timberlake by spamming him with red heart emojis and called his trip "amazing."
