Hilary Duff reveals new puppy and asks fans what to name her
While Hilary Duff and husband Matthew Koma are anxiously awaiting the arrival of their second child together, the two recently added another member to their family over the weekend -- a dog.
The couple went on a road trip Saturday from their home in New York City to Harleysville, Pennsylvania, to pick up their new puppy, which appears to be a Saint Bernard. Duff, 33, first teased fans via Instagram Stories that she and Koma were on the way to "somewhere special."
Soon, after trading jokes about the remoteness of their location, the "Younger" star happily spilled the beans: "We are going to get a puppy right now." Now that their fur baby is home and adjusting to her new family, Duff asked her fans for help in naming the pup.
"Baby girl [has] no name," she later relayed while sharing a sweet snap of the puppy riding shotgun on the way to her new home. "Taking suggestions!"
She also shared a photo Sunday of Luca cuddling with the dog under the covers.
The "Lizzie McGuire" alum sweetly captioned the snap, "Easy like Sunday morning."
Duff shares Luca with ex-husband Mike Comrie. With Koma, she welcomed Banks Violet in 2018 and is now expecting her second child, due later next year.
