"Game of Thrones" star Kit Harington is focusing on his well-being.

According to a publicist for the actor, Harington is currently at a "wellness retreat."

“Kit has decided to utilize this break in his schedule as an opportunity to spend some time at a wellness retreat to work on some personal issues," a publicist for the actor told "Good Morning America" in a statement.

Harington, 32, played Jon Snow in the HBO series for all eight seasons and was nominated for an Emmy for his work on the show. "Game of Thrones" ended its eight-year run earlier this month.

Page Six first reported Harington's stay at the retreat. It said that the actor had entered the facility with the full support of his wife Rose Leslie, who played the wildling Ygritte in "Game of Thrones."

"Everyone close to him really wanted him to get some rest. Right now, he just needs peace and quiet," a source told the outlet.

Earlier this year, Harington told Esquire magazine that wrapping the show that made him a star was tough.

"My final day of shooting, I felt fine . . . I felt fine . . . I felt fine. . . Then I went to do my last shots and started hyperventilating a bit. Then they called, 'Wrap!' And I just f---ing broke down," he said. "It was this onslaught of relief and grief about not being able to do this again. It wasn’t so much about Jon. It was about not being in this world, not getting to smell those smells, fight those fights, be with these people — the whole package."

"There was something about the costume being taken off me that was like, 'Oh, I don’t get to be him anymore,'" he continued. "And I love him. I loved being him. I got a really good deal in this."
