Florence Pugh, Andrew Garfield star in moving trailer for 'We Live in Time' film
Florence Pugh and Andrew Garfield are starring in a new film together.
On Wednesday, the official trailer for their upcoming movie, "We Live in Time," was released and features the two actors portraying a couple's journey as they experience life's ups and downs.
The trailer opens with Pugh's and Garfield's respective characters, Almut and Tobias, sitting in a diner and telling a young girl that there's something they want to talk to her about.
Clips then show their characters' progression as a couple from the moment they met -- which appears to be during a car accident -- to them dating, starting a family and more.
"I'm worried that there's a very distinct and real possibility that I'm about to fall in love with you," Garfield says in a tender moment between him and Pugh during the trailer.
At one point in the trailer, Pugh's and Garfield's characters appear to be dealing with a difficult event that poses challenging times ahead for the couple.
A description of the film calls it "a love story about the times that change us, and the times that make us."
Pugh shared the trailer in an Instagram post Wednesday, saying she was "touched" to be part of this film.
"Here it is. The trailer for #WeLiveInTime," she wrote in the caption of the post. "I hope you enjoy watching as much as we enjoyed making. Everyday I went to work appreciative for that experience, grateful for all of those I was working alongside, touched that I was a part of making a story like this. It truly felt like magic."
A release date for "We Live In Time" hasn't been announced yet, but studiocanal and Film 4, the production companies behind the film, say it is "coming soon."
