Courteney Cox and her daughter Coco perform cover of Taylor Swift's 'cardigan'
Courteney Cox recently shared a video of her daughter Coco covering one of Taylor Swift's famous hits.
In a clip posted on Sunday, the actress plays the piano while her 16-year-old sings a cover of "cardigan," the lead single from Taylor Swift's 2020 album, "folklore." Cox's friend, musician Joel Taylor, also plays guitar during the performance.
Alongside the video, Cox, 56, shared some supportive words for those celebrating Mother's Day.
"Happy Mother's Day to all those out there who are mothers, have been mothers, will be mothers, or love like mothers. ♥️♥️♥️" she wrote.
Coco is Cox's only daughter with her ex-husband David Arquette, whom she divorced in 2013. The actress has been with her partner, musician Johnny McDaid, since 2013, and Arquette has been married to Christina McLarty since 2015.
The video was flooded with comments praising Coco's musical talent. "Ahhhh- mazing!! Go @cocoarquette_ !" actress Reese Witherspoon wrote.
"She sings so beautifully🥰" Tan France of "Queer Eye" added.
Others noticed how Cox was sweetly watching her daughter as she sang. "I love how your looking at her. So much love in that look," singer Natasha Bedingfield wrote.
"This is beautiful ... that look of LOVE ... ❤️❤️❤️" actress Lena Headey added.
