Camila Cabello shares the special meaning of her first tattoo and its connection to her mother
Camila Cabello recently got her first tattoo and there's a sweet meaning behind it.
The singer, 22, had the phrase, "it’s a mystery" inked by artist Kane Navasard on her pinky finger, referencing a line from one of her "favorite movies of all time," the 1998 drama "Shakespeare in Love."
She explained its significance in a post on social media on Friday.
"Never thought I’d get a tattoo before but I asked my mom to write to me a promise she’d want me to make to her that she thought i would need for the rest of my life, long story short, it’s a pinky swear to her to remember, no matter what happens, everything is gonna turn out well," she wrote.
"There’s no telling how, but it always does," she added.
Navasard also shared photos of Camila Cabello's rumored boyfriend Shawn Mendes' new ink.
"Little letter “A” for the man @shawnmendes," the artist captioned his post.
