Cameron Diaz, Scarlett Johansson, Margot Robbie and more women join socially distanced fight scene
The term "fight like a girl" has never been cooler.
Actress and stuntwoman Zoë Bell set the internet ablaze Friday with a video titled "BOSS B---- FIGHT CHALLENGE" featuring a slew of female celebrities engaging in a socially distanced fight scene.
"Kicking lockdown boredom with some of the coolest!" the 41-year-old New Zealand performer, who has collaborated with director Quentin Tarantino on numerous occasions, wrote. "Ladies, you are all my hero’s [sic]."
Just a few of the famous faces featured in the production include Lucy Lawless, Drew Barrymore, Rosario Dawson, Cameron Diaz, Florence Pugh, Zoe Saldana, Thandie Newton, Halle Berry, Scarlett Johansson and Margot Robbie.
Shot from their homes to comply with social distancing, viewers get a unique point of view as each actress reacts to the hit from the one before as they deliver a blow to the next. It’s interactive, inventive and -- dare we say -- pretty intense.
Bell directed and produced the clip and it is set to the song "The Healer," which was written and performed by KT Tunstall, who also joins in on the fun at the end with a hilarious cameo.
