Cardi B hosted the 2021 American Music Awards, and while getting the crowd pumped for the show, she donned not just one but many extraordinary fashion ensembles throughout the evening.
"I'm nervous I'm shaking," the "Up" rapper said as she opened the show. "I'm going to let ya'll know right now at home, I might get things messed up and I might stutter, but whatever, I'm giving looks."
She gave fans looks indeed, and each one was unforgettable.
Ahead of the show, Cardi B shined on the red carpet wearing a black Schiaparelli crepe jersey column dress with a black tulle veil and a custom golden face mask embellished with Swarovski piercings styled by Kollin Carter.
She accented the look with gilded chandelier-style earrings and black gloves that featured pierced golden nails.

Cardi B was also seen in another hard-to-miss red carpet look when she was seen wearing a cream-toned gown from Miss Sohee's fall/winter 2021 couture collection. The look included a white shimmery shell-inspired capelet with a matching draped skirt.
With makeup from her key makeup artist Erika La' Pearl, Cardi B also wore bright red lipstick and a full flutter of voluminous eyelashes. La' Pearl shared on social media that she used a mix of products from Algenist for Cardi B's skin and Pat McGrath makeup and Kiss eyelashes to get her glamorous looks.
"Cardi B is such a force to be reckoned with," La' Pearl said in a statement. "From being a mother of two, an artist and a businesswoman…she is achieving it all. I am so excited to show all the sides of Cardi B."
Cardi B later was seen smiling on stage while wearing a gold-embellished denim jacket from Schiaparelli's fall/winter 2021 couture collection.
While presenting, Cardi B glided along the stage in a vibrant flowy gown from Jean Paul Gaultier's fall/winter 2021 collection.
