States jump the gun on vaccinating young teens ahead of CDC decision

Georgia, Delaware, Arkansas and Pennsylvania have begun to offer COVID-19 vaccines to kids ages 12 to 15, ahead of the official recommendation from the CDC advisory panel expected on Wednesday.
