Russia declares cease-fire to allow citizens to escape Ukrainian cities

The Kremlin said it has declared a cease-fire to open humanitarian corridors, allowing citizens to evacuate from some of Ukraine’s largest cities, including Kyiv, Kharkiv, Mariupol and Sumy.
