Parkland shooting victim turned into MLB cutout fan to raise gun violence awareness

Parents of Joaquin Oliver, a 17-year-old victim of the 2018 mass shooting in Parkland, FL who loved baseball, have put their late son’s face at 14 Major League Baseball games as a cardboard cutout.
