Meet the Nebraska man bringing holiday cheer to hurricane-ravaged Florida communities

A Nebraska man said he was inspired to start the grassroots movement "America's Neighbors" after watching a "GMA" segment about a Florida Keys community devastated by Hurricane Irma.
