Defense asks to toss evidence in teens' alleged murder of teacher over bad grades

Willard Noble Chaiden Miller and Jeremy Everett Goodale have been charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder in the death of a Fairfield High School teacher.
