'Chemist' Allegedly Scams Cancer Patient Out of Thousands

Vincent Gammil, 69, of the so-called Natural Oncology Institute was arrested for practicing medicine without a license after investigators found laboratory equipment and over 25,000 prescription pills in his home and office.
