2nd Republican joins committee to investigate Capitol riot

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has tapped GOP Rep. Adam Kinzinger, an outspoken critic of former President Donald Trump, to join the panel investigating the Jan. 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.
