Before Donald Trump was a Republican presidential candidate, he was best known for being a real estate mogul and a reality TV host.
Trump has been married three times and has five children. His longest marriage was to Ivana Zelnícková, which ended in divorce in 1992. He then married actress Marla Maples a year later until they called it quits in 1999. His current wife, Melania Knauss, married Trump in 2005.
His three children from his first marriage -- Donald Jr, Ivanka and Eric -- all grew up in the public eye and have successful business careers. When Trump announced his run for the White House in June, he said he would be handing over the reins of his company to his three eldest children.
Tiffany, his daughter with his ex-wife Maples, has taken a more low-key track, while the youngest, 9-year-old Barron, is just starting to step into the spotlight.

Here are a few things about Trump's children, four of which sat down with Barbara Walters for an interview with ABC News "20/20."
Donald Trump Jr., 37 -- Donald and Ivana Trump's Eldest Son
Donald Trump Jr., has very much followed in his father’s footsteps over the years.
Like his father, the oldest Trump child is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Trump Jr. serves as the executive vice president for his father’s company and founded the Trump Hotel Collection with his sister Ivanka and brother Eric.
Trump Jr. married fashion model Vanessa Haydon in 2005 and the couple have five children together.
Ivanka Trump, 34 -- Donald and Ivana Trump's Daughter
Trump’s eldest daughter Ivanka has become a successful businesswoman in her own right.
She’s not only the executive vice president of acquisitions and development for her father’s company, but she had a long career as a model before becoming a New York Times best-selling author, and she has also launched her own Ivanka Trump Brand, which includes a jewelry line, a fashion label and a lifestyle collection.
Like her father, Ivanka is also a Wharton grad and she served as a judge on Trump's TV show "The Apprentice."
She married her husband, New York Observer owner Jared Kushner, in 2009, and the couple have two children, Arabella Rose, 4, and Joseph Frederick, who turns 2 next month. They just announced in September that they are expecting their third child.
Eric Trump, 31 – Donald and Ivana Trump's Second Son
Eric Trump, who just got married last year, has been an active part of his father’s career.
Eric serves as an executive vice president for Trump’s management company, was a boardroom judge on “The Apprentice” and he has been seen supporting his dad out on the campaign trail. In September, he tweeted a photo of The Donald signing the pledge promising not to run a third-party campaign if he were to lose the Republican nomination.
In 2006, he founded The Eric Trump Foundation, which has donated $28 million to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, according to the foundation’s website.
Tiffany Trump, 22 – Donald Trump and Marla Maples' Daughter
Unlike the rest of her siblings, who were all born and raised in New York City, Tiffany Trump grew up in the Los Angeles area with her mother, Marla Maples.
The young socialite made a brief foray into music and released a single called “Like a Bird” on Amazon when she was 17. She, along with her older siblings, have also attended the GOP debates in support of their dad.
Tiffany is currently attending University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
Barron Trump, 9 – Donald and Melania Trump's Son
Barron, the youngest Trump, is still in elementary school. His parents say he loves sports and enjoys playing baseball, golf and tennis.
