The two have been photographed holding hands at dinners and awards shows, but have yet to speak publicly about the rumors they are dating.

The two first showed up in public together in February at the Brit Awards in London. Then, they stepped out in public, once in New York for dinner in May.
They enjoyed dinner at L'asso in Manhattan and were photographed holding hands en route back to her apartment.
"They seem pretty happy together," a source told ABC News.
