WATCH: Burning Building Swept Away by West Virginia Floods

Dramatic video shows a burning building being swept away in fast-moving flood waters in West Virginia as shocked residents look on.

West Virginia Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin called the deadly flooding "among the worst in a century for some parts of the state."

The video was taken in the town of White Sulphur Springs, in Greenbrier County. Officials in the county could not immediately be reached for comment.

Rescues Underway for Hundreds Trapped at West Virginia Mall After Deadly Flooding

Twenty deaths have been reported from flooding in the state.

A state of emergency has been declared in 44 of West Virginia's 55 counties.
