Score Extra Points At Your Tailgate With Pinterest’s Most Popular Touchdown Treats

Football season has fans searching for the perfect tailgate snack recipes this fall.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year -- football season!

No matter what team you’re rooting for, one thing everyone can all agree on is that a football tailgate or viewing party is never complete without tasty snacks to munch on during the game.

Classic staples of a football viewing tailgate include burgers, hot dogs and chips and salsa, but this year, many football fans are making a whole new game-plan by putting fun and exciting new recipes into play.

"Good Morning America" asked Pinterest to calculate the top-pinned recipes this football season, and their results are delicious! Sliders led the pack for top tailgating recipes and peanut butter dip, skinny parmesan spinach dip and Chex mix recipes scored big in the snack division.
