Drake "started from the bottom" and now he's got it so good that he purchased the property right next to his.

After spending $7.7 million in 2012 for a seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom mansion in Hidden Hills, California, the "Hotline Bling" rapper purchased the property next door for $2.85 million in June, online real estate website Trulia announced this week.

According to Trulia, the ranch-style home was built in 1955 on one acre. The 4,445-square-foot home has four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

And in case one of his artists, such as The Weeknd or PARTYNEXTDOOR, want to crash for a few nights, Drake has an 800-square-foot guesthouse for them to enjoy.
