Paris Jackson Slams Critics Who Said She Should Have Written a Father's Day Post

Paris Jackson is pushing back against criticism that she should have remembered her father, the late Michael Jackson, on social media Sunday.

The only daughter of the music icon explained why she didn't honor her father publicly on Father's Day.

Jackson, 18, took to Twitter today, writing, "if you try to harass someone into posting online about a holiday (fathers day), ask yourself if it's any of your business."

She added, "having 8 tattoos dedicated to someone overrules a single post about them on a stupid social media acc because of a holiday. #justmyopinion."

Paris Jackson's siblings — Michael Joseph Jackson, 19, and Prince Michael Jackson, 14 — also didn't honor their father publicly.

Still, she regularly posts about her father. Just last week she posted a Photoshopped photo of herself with him and Donald Trump.

Paris Jackson also posted this photo of her father dancing in a penguin onesie, captioning it "mood."

The King of Pop died in his California home nearly seven years ago on June 25.
