Jennifer Aniston is riding a wave of personal and professional success, and in a new interview, she says the secret to having it all is being willing to take risks.
“You have to start taking chances in an industry that’s very insecure about taking chances on people,” she tells Harper’s Bazaar magazine for its April cover story.
Aniston, 47, also says she’s working on mastering the art of saying “no,” explaining, “There was a time when I worked and worked and worked.”

Aniston -- who is starring alongside Julia Roberts and Kate Hudson in the upcoming film “Mother’s Day” – also shared the key to her happy marriage to longtime beau Justin Theroux: Laughter.
“Married life is normal and fun and not much different," she tells Harper's Bazaar. "We felt married for so long."
So does Aniston mind aging?
“I feel better in my 40s,” she says. “Not only do you feel better in your body physically, but you’re mentally better...For me, in my 30s, I was just trying to figure it all out. Then when you hit 40, you’re like, ‘Oh, OK. I got this.’”
