Donald Trump is once making headlines for his actions on social media, this time for a video posted on his verified Instagram account.

The video opens with a shot of ISIS militant "Jihadi John," from the video showing the purported execution of journalist Steven Sotloff in September 2014.

It contrasts the image of the ISIS militant holding a knife and a shot of the 2012 attack on the US compound in Benghazi with photos of President Obama in a golf cart and Bill and Hillary Clinton dancing.

There is no narration, or even text (with the exception of the Jihadi John screen grab), until a statement flashes across the screen at the end: “Politicians are having fun on our dime while the world is burning.”

The video was posted with a caption reading “not on my watch.”

Within just 5 hours of posting, the video had more than 8,000 likes and nearly 2,000 comments.

Trump is not expected to make any public appearances until he holds a rally in New Hampshire tomorrow. He will be at the Iowa State Fair on Saturday.

Trump's campaign declined comment.

Jihadi John was identified in February as a British national. He is still being sought.
