Brandon Moss hit a career milestone with his 100th homerun last week, but his Cleveland Indians teammates didn't let him revel in his glory for long.

Instead, they held the ball for ransom.

A ransom note sent to the first baseman read like an Apple store shopping list: Apple watches, iPads, Macs.

Enter Tim Cook, who facilitated a trade for the slugger's milestone ball.

The bounty: Every Apple product the bullpen requested in their handwritten ransom note.

At the start of Apple's Worldwide Developer's Conference today, the Apple CEO announced the swap.

"We're going to give everything his teammates asked for to them and everyone is happy," Cook said.
