The ad comes seven months after Affleck's hit Dunkin' commercial with wife Jennifer Lopez, which aired during the Super Bowl in February.
"I've always been a Dunkin' girl," Ice Spice said in a statement. "Collaborating with Dunkin' and Ben Affleck on this spot was a dream. The drink has a fun twist, a little something in the name for my fans, too. I can't wait for everyone to try it."
Building on his viral affinity for his hometown, Affleck wrote and directed the latest spot with Artists Equity to join the roster of Dunkin' commercials.
The spot, which draws inspiration from Ice Spice's fan base, features an "amusing take on the two powerhouses brainstorming the next big thing for Dunkin'," according to a press release.
The seasonal coffee drink, which rolls out Wednesday morning, is made with pumpkin Munchkin doughnut holes blended into frozen coffee, and topped with whipped cream and caramel drizzle.
