Stranger who found 4-year-old girl's balloon containing wishes gifts her a puppy
In December, Luna Gonzalez and her twin sister, Gianella, of Kansas, released balloons containing holiday wishes. Alvin Bamburg of Louisiana found one of them and honored the girls' wishes.
