Woman who inspired 'Abbott Elementary' honored with street named after her

Joyce Abbott, the Philadelphia teacher who inspired Quinta Brunson to create the hit ABC series "Abbott Elementary," was honored by her alma mater with a state Senate citation and her own street name.
