Confidence, sense of humor and... good bone density? The women of "The Golden Bachelor" are opening up about the one thing to look for when you're searching for the one.
Twelve women remain in the quest for 72-year-old Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner's, heart. They hail from Florida to Minnesota to California and range in age from 60 to 75 years old.
"These women ... they are supportive of each other. They are so confident. They're elegant women," Turner previously gushed to "Good Morning America." "They were, as a group, I think the sweetest women I have ever met in my life."
"Good Morning America" asked each of the 12 remaining women to share the No. 1 thing they look for in a partner -- and give some advice for women who may be looking for love the first time around.
Below is the one quality to which each of them would give their rose.

"Interpersonal intelligence is the key to making a relationship wonderful," April said. "I need someone who understands themselves, and not only understanding yourself but [is] able to communicate that even in times of conflict and bliss. If you don't know yourself how can anyone else know you?"
She added, "Interpersonal intelligence that's the key to the foundation to the love that lasts a lifetime."
"The most important quality in a relationship for me is integrity," Ellen said. "Integrity means honesty and moral values that surpass any other quality that I would want in a man. If they do not have integrity, I would not be a part of their life."
"Passion -- I think for me I look for passion in a partner," Faith said. "Somebody that is passionate about their every day, that looks forward to the positive things in life and has hobbies and interests that they're passionate about.... Somebody that's excited to go on adventures and bring new and exciting things into the relationship and likes to have fun. I think it takes a positively passionate person to bring that element to life that makes it so much more exciting to live."
"Confidence. I like a man with self-confidence," Joan said. "I think it's kind of sexy -- like he's been through life and earned a swagger. Like he's saying, 'I got this.' I like a man with self-confidence."
"Good bone density," Kathy said. "Bone density is really important because I like to play all racket sports, I like to ski, I like to hike, and let's be honest, I'm not gonna carry you out with a broken bone. So, remember, calcium -- it's not just for women anymore."
"The No. 1 thing I'm looking for in a partner is a sense of humor," Leslie said. "I love to laugh. I've been laughing my whole life. I come from a funny family and I love to make people laugh. I think getting though life together with humor and not taking things too seriously is really key."
"Funny is my word and faith-based," Nancy said. "Faith is the foundation and funny is everything else.… Humor is so important and can change a moment and change a whole day, and that's truly one of the most important things to me -- and if you can make me laugh, now that's the icing on the cake. And I love cake, just sayin'."
"Generous. I like a man who's generous," Sandra said. "Not with his wallet, I don't need that. But generous with his time, his energy, his ideas. Generous with conversation. Generous with intimacy. Cooking -- a man that can cook is an 11. Now that's generous!"
"Respect. There's nothing more important in a relationship than respect," Susan said. "It'll bring love, honor, passion. It'll be perfect."
"A family man," Edith said. "Finding a man who puts his family first is the most important thing for me. Because if he loves his family and respects his family, then I know he will with me."
"The No. 1 quality I look for in a partner is sense of humor," Theresa said. "Being with someone I can laugh with is so important to me. I find someone who can make me laugh, has an intelligence, that I find so attractive."
She continued, "I mean life is hard enough. Let's laugh. Laughter makes you feel good and it brings a warmth to the relationship. How can you stay mad at someone who's making you laugh? You just can't!"
