While you were sleeping, Amanda Bynes tweeted up a storm.
After living with her parents for much of the year, Bynes, 28, finished the conservatorship she was under a few months back, was arrested for a DUI in late September, and is due in court on that charge later this month.
In the meantime, she's traveled from California back to NYC, where she has been seen walking around with friends.
One magazine, In Touch, said it had an interview with the actress and, last night, Bynes reacted, denying having given any magazine any quotes and tweeting that she's engaged.

In response to the tweets, a a representative for In Touch and the company sent a statement to ABC News saying its story was accurate, adding, "After identifying themselves, two of our reporters spent the afternoon with Amanda Bynes on Sunday, Oct. 5. She was aware that they were from Bauer. At one point, she even discussed writing a column for the magazine. Every word of our account is accurate and we hope that Amanda gets the help that she needs."
The magazine also released a picture of the reporter speaking with Bynes.
As for the alleged DUI Bynes recently was arrested for, the California Highway Patrol said that after the actress stopped in the middle of an intersection, she was pulled over and an officer determined that she appeared to be under the influence of a substance. After she failed a field sobriety test, Bynes was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor. The Los Angeles courts directed inquiries about her case to the local probation department, which said probation files are protected by privacy laws.
The actress had been in rehab and left last December to live with her parents under a court-ordered conservatorship and attend fashion school.
