Renee Zellweger breaks down after getting epic standing ovation for 'Judy'

WATCH: Renee Zellweger stars as Judy Garland in new 'Judy' trailer

The buzz around Hollywood is that Renee Zellweger had us at "Hello" ... again.

Built as her comeback, the Oscar winner is on pace for more awards, this time in "Judy," the biopic about the iconic Judy Garland.

From those in attendance at the Toronto International Film Festival, who shot video and took pictures, the actress earned a very, very long standing ovation after the film was over. One veteran journalists had never seen anything like it before.

"In 15 years at #TIFF I have never seen a standing ovation like the one for Renee Zellweger at JUDY. I started this about a minute into it and it only stopped because she made us," one critic wrote.

In the clip, you see the humbled actress fight back tears, then tell the audience to stop so she doesn't mess up her makeup.

The film itself took to its Twitter page to post a different angle of the ovation.

Other reviews and tweets include, "Toronto now sees and goes absolutely crazy for Renee Zellweger" and "Renee Zellweger getting a huge, long standing ovation at #TIFF19 for her stunning stunning stunning performance as Judy Garland in JUDY. I’m a wreck. She is incredible. No hyperbole is possible."

All the posts are pretty much the same, in awe of her new film and the performance.

In the film, we see Garland 30 years after she shot to stardom in "The Wizard of Oz," as she prepares for a sold-out run of concerts in London in 1968.

Her voice isn’t what it once was, and she’s battling an addiction to pills, but through it all she tries to be a good mother to her children, Joey Luft, Lorna Luft and Liza Minnelli, and even manages to find love again with her soon-to-be fifth husband Mickey Deans, played by Finn Wittrock. Sadly, she would be gone just a year later.

"Judy" hits theaters on Sept. 27.
