Jesse Tyler Ferguson recently teamed up with Jimmy Kimmel to pull off an epic prank against Eric Stonestreet -- or at least that's what he thought.

Ferguson said he believed Stonestreet "only does it to me because he loves me" and jokingly said that's what he tells himself about his TV husband and pal.
For the latest battle in their prank war, Ferguson, with Kimmel's help, planned to move Stonestreet's trailer with a forklift and spray him with confetti.

Watching the tables get turned on Ferguson is priceless -- as is Stonestreet's reaction.
In addition to showing off their April Fool's Day prank, which was filmed before social distancing went into effect, the two TV stars encouraged viewers to SAG-AFTRA's COVID-19 Relief Fund because, as Kimmel pointed out, not all actors are financially secure.
"People think all actors are wealthy, and that's absolutely not true," Kimmel said. "There are many actors who are just barely getting by, and this is a fund to help those people out."
The series finale of "Modern Family" airs Wednesday, April 8, at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
